The Process
You complete your purchase online. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Your machine is inspected, prepped, and loaded within 3–5 business days. A tracking number is sent to your email.
Your excavator ships via flatbed freight carrier. Transit typically takes 8–10 business days depending on your location.
The carrier will call ahead to schedule your delivery window. Your machine arrives curbside by flatbed truck.
What You Need to Know
All machines ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight on a flatbed. This is standard for heavy equipment. The carrier will call you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a time window.
Delivery is curbside to your address. The driver will place the machine at the end of your driveway or accessible location. You are responsible for unloading — please have equipment ready (forklift or tractor).
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect your machine thoroughly. If you notice any damage, note it on the Bill of Lading and take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We currently ship to all contiguous 48 US states at no charge. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping, please contact us directly for a custom freight quote.

Before Your Machine Arrives
Machines are delivered curbside. Have a forklift, skid steer, or tractor available to move the unit off the truck. The driver is not responsible for unloading.
Make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Address changes after the order is shipped may result in additional freight charges and delays.
The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule your appointment. Missing this call can cause delays or re-delivery fees.
Always inspect the machine before signing the Bill of Lading. Note any visible damage in writing on the delivery receipt. This protects your warranty and damage claim.
Document the packaging and machine condition with photos before and after unloading. If damage is found, contact us within 48 hours at support@kima.com.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your freight status in real time. Contact us if you don't receive tracking within 5 business days.
Our team is available Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm CST. We're happy to help.
